NCBA® Cattle Drive Bourbon
Old Fashioned

​

  • 2 teaspoons simple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon water

  • 2 dashes Copper Tear Orange bitters

  • muddle

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) NCBA® Cattle Drive Bourbon 

  • stir for at least 1 minute

  • 1 slice orange

  • 1 maraschino cherry

Cattle Drive Mint Julep
 

  • 10 mint leaves

  • crush the ice with the mint leaves

  • add 1/4 ounce of simple syrup

  • 2 fluid ounces of NCBA® Cattle Drive Bourbon

  • top with ice

  • shake vigorously 

  • serve over ice in copper mug

  • top with soda or Sprite

  • garnish with mint leaf and enjoy

Cattle Drive Whiskey Sour

​

  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed 

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

  • 1/2 ounce egg whites

  • 2 fluid ounces of NCBA® Cattle Drive Bourbon

  • dry shake for 10 seconds

  • add ice

  • shake vigorously

  • serve in chilled coup glass

  • serve float with Orange Copper Tear Bitters
